Holidays:
All full-time employees receive paid holidays for any day FALC is scheduled to be closed.
PTO:
All full-time staff earn PTO after 6 months of employment.
Child Discounts:
1st year of employment childcare is $100/week.
• $100 weekly discount.
2nd year of employment childcare is $75/week.
• $125 weekly discount.
3rd year of employment childcare is $50/week.
• $150 weekly discount.
4th year of employment childcare is free. (limited to one child)
Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible for insurance after 60 days. First Adventure pays up to half of medical coverage whether you enroll for employee or employee +family.
First Adventure offers dental and vision insurance for a very affordable rate. An employee that enrolls into insurance will also receive a free $50,000 life insurance policy as long as they’re employed with FALC.
